“Mike did a phenomenal job with our home inspection. He started inside and worked his way into the attic. He did the attic last to prevent tracking insulation into the house. He was very thorough; our home is only 3 years old, I was not sure the inspection was even necessary. Now looking back I am glad we had the inspection. He found things on the like exposed nails on the roof. I think that fact that he found 4 exposed nails on the roof of a 1,700 square foot house is a good example of how thorough his inspection was. He then provided pictures of things that I would have never seen. Due to vaulted ceilings the attic is very narrow. I didn’t have to crawl into the attic to observe the issues with the roof vents. He provided digital photos so I could see exactly what he saw. The inspection was worth every penny and I wouldn’t call anyone else should we need an inspection in the future. We were really impressed with your work. We will definitely refer you in the future to family and friends.
